Book online in a couple of minutes — choose your service type, home size, and a date that suits you from our live calendar. You’ll get an instant confirmation by email, with a reminder before your clean.

Yes, any time up to 24 hours before your clean at no charge. Just get in touch and we’ll find you a new time that works.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your clean are free. Inside 24 hours, a $65 cancellation fee applies. If we’re unable to access your property at the scheduled time, it’s treated the same as a late cancellation.

As early as you can, but we’ll always do our best to fit you in — get in touch if you need something sooner.

Pricing is based on the details you provide — property size and service type. If your property needs more time than expected, we’ll always discuss it with you before doing extra work, not after.

No — you can book without paying anything upfront. Payment is handled after your booking is confirmed, so there’s no risk in reserving your spot.

Yes — book weekly or fortnightly and you’ll get 10% off from your second clean onwards.

We process secure payment by debit or credit cards, paypal, square, stripe.

A regular clean is an ongoing service (weekly or fortnightly) that keeps your home consistently maintained. A one-off clean is a single visit — great for a one-time refresh or before a special occasion.

Yes — we provide commercial cleaning services alongside our residential offerings. Get in touch for a tailored quote based on your space.

Yes, we support NDIS participants with compliant, compassionate cleaning services.

Every clean covers your kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms — dusting, surfaces, vacuuming, and mopping. Extras like windows, ovens, or fridges can be added at booking.

On the Day & Our Guarantee

Not necessarily — just make sure we have safe, reasonable access to your property (a key, code, or lockbox works well). Let us know any access details when you book.

Yes, every clean comes fully equipped — you don’t need to supply anything.

Just let us know at booking. We ask that pets be secured during the clean for everyone’s safety — we’re not able to clean litter trays or pet waste areas.

If something’s not right, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll come back to re-clean the specific areas at no charge. Re-cleans are scheduled within 7 business days of the original service.
